Verse of the Day

वक्रतुण्ड महाकाय सूर्यकोटि समप्रभ ।
निर्विघ्नं कुरु मे देव सर्वकार्येषु सर्वदा ॥

Vakratunda Mahakaya Suryakoti Samaprabha,
Nirvighnam Kuru Me Deva Sarva-Kaaryeshu Sarvada.

“O Lord with the curved trunk and mighty form, whose radiance equals a
million suns — please make all my undertakings free of obstacles, always.”
This is among the most widely chanted Ganesha mantras, recited before
beginning any new task, journey, or important work.

— Ganapati Atharvashirsha

About This Space

A small offering, made with devotion

Ganesha Stotram brings together the prayers, aartis, and mantras dedicated to
Sri Ganesha — Vighnaharta, the remover of obstacles, and Mangalmurti, the
embodiment of auspiciousness — in the languages devotees actually speak at home.

Every stotram here is checked against traditional sources, and every page is
free to read, free to download, and free of clutter — so you can focus on the
words, not the website.
